Job SummaryThis LPN position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, providing direct patient care under the guidelines of the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act. You will have the chance to develop your skills, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, assisting with procedures, and documenting nursing activities.
- Contribute to the development of a plan of care for selected patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your clinical knowledge and skills, staying current with best practices and industry developments.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A valid LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or active Multistate LPN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion of BLS training during orientation.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room, or hospital setting providing patient care.
