Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care as prescribed by the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act
  • Collaborate in the development of comprehensive care plans and implement them for selected patients
  • Administer medication with accuracy and safety
  • Maintain exam rooms and work environment to ensure a clean and efficient workspace
  • Accurately document nursing care and activities
  • Assist with patient care and monitoring during procedures
  • Contribute to the training of other staff members
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Prefer 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room, or hospital setting providing patient care
  • Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or active Multistate LPN license required
  • BLS training or re-training during orientation prior to providing patient care
