Job Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work closely with our team to provide direct support to clients with Autism in their homes, schools, and community settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to increase communication, daily living skills, social skills, and play skills.
  • Manage challenging behaviors and provide support to clients with Autism in various settings.
  • Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and caregivers to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress using Central Reach.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, required.
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA or a related field, preferred.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
