Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

At Golden Steps ABA, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism. We are seeking a qualified and caring Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of therapists.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement meaningful, evidence-based programming based on data, progress, and ongoing assessment of the client.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on all aspects of ABA, relevant techniques, and specific programming necessary for success.
  • Collaborate with families to provide training and support on all aspects of ABA, relevant techniques, and specific programming necessary for success.
  • Communicate effectively with treatment team members regarding programming and any challenges that may arise.
  • Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.
  • Review data on a timely basis and communicate with team members as needed.
  • Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education (required).
  • BCBA certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform physical activities such as bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
