Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, assessing damage, and implementing restoration plans to return properties to their pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency calls and assess damage to properties
  • Develop and implement restoration plans to return properties to their pre-loss condition
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify areas of damage and develop repair plans
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective completion of restoration projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
