This position offers a competitive salary of $35 per hour for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care, leading nursing assistants, administering medications, and communicating with healthcare teams.

  • To provide high-quality patient care, assess patients' needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions.
  • Direct the daily activities of nursing assistants, focusing on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams regarding clinical conditions and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts at our facilities in Wisconsin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an L.P.N. in long-term care settings is preferred.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and commitment to interacting professionally with residents, families, and staff.
