One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Center Manager (Clinician - PT). Responsibilities: Manage day to day operations of therapy center Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain employee filesEfficient caseload management and scheduling of patients Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient careMaintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clientsProvide top-notch physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight. Assist with developing strategies to increase profitability including center-specific marketing/sales plansEncourage development, learning, and growth of clinical staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levelsRequired Skills & Abilities:Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.Good communication and problem solving skills Ability to demonstrate exceptional judgment with respect to patient status, safety and well-being.Basic proficiency in Windows based operating system (e.g. Word, Excel).Ability to work effectively as a team member.Strong Leadership skills License/Certification:Graduation in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program State licensure/registration where applicable.Active CPR certificationBenefits:All applicable benefits for full time employees and much more.
