About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison to the Project Leader, you will lead the clinical aspect of trials and have a direct impact on projects, teams, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for coordinating functional team members and their activities across all geographies, liaising with project leadership and sponsors to ensure deliverables are met.
  • You may act as Project Leader for projects involving a small number of services where no Project Leader is assigned.

You will work proactively to mitigate risk and solve potential challenges while striving to achieve operational excellence through on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality.

Requirements
  • A degree in a life science or nursing qualification is required.
  • You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading clinical operations in clinical trials.
  • Prior monitoring experience or clinical trial coordination experience, along with experience leading cross-functional groups, is preferred.
  • Global experience is essential for this role.

You will be detail-oriented, computer proficient, and possess superior interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
