About the Role:
In the capacity of a Risk Analyst, you will engage with cutting-edge cybersecurity initiatives at one of the largest financial technology firms worldwide. Utilizing your advanced technical expertise, you will collaborate with business leaders to identify potential risks, assess the effectiveness of existing controls, and foster ongoing enhancements.

About the Team:
We operate as a Risk Management team aligned with specific business units rather than a centralized function. This role will be part of the audit and assessment team, responsible for various internal and external audits and the daily management of business risk matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the strategic objectives of the risk management program are achieved, including executing risk assessment activities, coordinating risk responses, and validating program testing.
  • Review significant incidents and advise business leaders on necessary actions to mitigate future occurrences.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to Data Protection, Supplier Management, and Enterprise Risk Management programs, identifying potential issues, control deficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Document risk analyses and controls, evaluating control design and ongoing control enhancements.
  • Manage specific risk exposure areas.
  • Execute risk assessment activities and coordinate responses.
  • Review significant incidents and provide guidance to business leaders to prevent future occurrences.
  • Perform risk assessments for data protection, supplier management, and enterprise risk management initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in network security or server/endpoint security.
  • A background in information security auditing.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CISSP or CISA certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience in risk assessment or internal auditing is preferred.

Compensation:
The pay range for this full-time position is $52,000.00 to $86,000.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location. Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
