This role is dedicated to delivering engineering expertise to a production line at our facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Employ effective lean manufacturing strategies to enhance overall production system efficiency by offering creative solutions that align with the value stream.

·Coordinate, manage, and execute the technical components of significant projects to successful completion.

·Develop training materials, documentation, and standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes to ensure consistent production quality.

·Offer insights regarding the feasibility of design solutions related to new or existing processes.

·Lead cross-functional team meetings, continuous improvement events, and Process System Design initiatives.

·Initiate corrective actions through root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.

·Collaborate with the Safety team to guarantee that all new or revised processes comply with corporate safety standards.

·Evaluate ergonomic conditions within the production environment and propose practical solutions to mitigate ergonomic risks.

·Demonstrate the ability to advocate for continuous improvement initiatives to management and stakeholders.

·Stay updated on advancements in industry technology and assess their applicability to our products.

·Provide technical operational support for current applications and processes.

·Ensure quality assurance by utilizing DMAIC tools: Process mapping, process capability analysis, C&E Matrix, fishbone diagrams, FMEA, MSA, DOE, and Control Plans.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience in engineering.

·A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience is preferred, demonstrating mechanical proficiency.

·Familiarity with project planning methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

·Strong problem-solving skills utilizing analytical tools and a focus on process enhancement.
