  • Develop and implement strategies to promote member safety and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Current Lifeguard certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
