Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the movement of materials and supplies to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule order releases based on customer requirement dates, delivery timelines, manufacturing capacity, and material availability to ensure on-time delivery goals are met.
  • Issue materials and order documentation to the shop floor for processing, ensuring efficient execution of production orders.
  • Communicate with customers to align on deliveries and filter requests, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Automate reporting processes to enhance visibility and insights into supply chain performance.
  • Update material commitments to reflect changing demand and supply conditions.
  • Develop and improve tools to identify material mismatches and optimize order fulfillment.

Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Collaborate with operations managers and operators to release production orders, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Track high-priority orders through the process and work with managers to ensure on-time delivery targets are met.
  • Leverage VBA/Excel macro skills to enhance and automate planning tools, including York's Commit file and mismatch tool.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $83,568, based on a hourly rate of $40.14 in York, NE.
