At Lakewood National, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tiki Bar Dishwasher to join our team. As a Tiki Bar Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

* Maintain the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, sweeping, and mopping.

* Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage and recycling.

* Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment, and exhaust system.

* Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.

* Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.

* Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after close.

* Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

* No prior experience required, but we will train.

* ServSafe certification preferred.

* Regular and reliable attendance.

* Must work holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and nights.
