Lakewood National is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tiki Bar Dishwasher to join their team. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishes, pots, pans, and glassware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and glassware to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, and sweeping & mopping.
  • Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage and recycling.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment, and exhaust system.
  • Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
  • Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after close.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required, but will train.

Other Qualifications:

  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Must work holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and nights.
