Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care with an emphasis on pain management, spine, and MSK conditions.
- Conduct procedures within the office setting (no Ambulatory Surgery Center involvement).

- Engage in the education and training of fellows as part of the in-house fellowship initiative.
- Collaborate within a team-oriented atmosphere, striving for optimal patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- No opioid management required.
Work Environment:
Be part of a supportive and transparent workplace that offers opportunities for professional development and advancement. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with an early finish on Fridays at 3 PM.
Compensation Package:
Enjoy a guaranteed salary complemented by production incentives, with the potential to earn over $450,000 within 12-18 months. Partnership opportunities are available, including an equity stake in the organization. A sign-on and relocation allowance is also provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401K, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, and 50% coverage for health insurance.
