LHH Recruitment is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to fill a direct-hire, full-time role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and ETL development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI that meet business requirements
  • Utilize Azure Data Factory to design and implement efficient ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into Azure SQL databases
  • Manage and optimize Azure SQL databases to ensure high performance, availability, and security for business-critical data
  • Develop and maintain data models, including relationships, calculated columns, and measures, to support reporting and analysis needs in Power BI
  • Understand Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) systems to optimize database operations

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
  • Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, including database design, optimization, and management
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory and building ETL pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications in Azure, Power BI, or related technologies
