Job Summary and Mission

This role contributes to Koffee Kult's success by delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store environment. The ideal candidate will provide prompt service, quality beverages, and maintain a clean and comfortable store space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Koffee Kult.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods or unusual events to ensure store operations run smoothly.
  • Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
  • Communicate information to the manager to respond to customer needs and create a positive store experience.
  • Assist with new partner training by providing positive reinforcement and coaching as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and performance.
  • Deliver legendary customer service by acting with a customer-first attitude and connecting with customers.
  • Follow Koffee Kult's operational policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all partners.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure partners can locate resources and products.
  • Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
Product:
  • Ensure all Koffee Kult drink recipes and procedures are followed to maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards.
  • Ensure all Koffee Kult Espresso food offerings maintain the highest quality.
  • Taste drink and food products as required on a per-shift basis for quality assurance.
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
  • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to build relationships.
