About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized insurance and financial products that suit their unique requirements.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
  3. Consultative Selling: Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to identify their coverage needs and present suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we encourage individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Insurance Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
  • Bilingual Spanish
