Job Summary:

The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the nursing services, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care. This includes planning, organizing, and directing nursing service, as well as evaluating and controlling nursing service to meet the total nursing needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing services to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Plan, organize, and direct nursing service to meet the needs of residents.
  • Evaluate and control nursing service to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist in the development of individual plans of care for residents.
  • Participate in pre-admission screening process for new residents.
  • Participate in committee meetings and interdepartmental meetings to align with Quality Assurance Process Improvement Standards.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
