Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our team at Infinity Consulting Solutions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and architecture of an Appian portal, with additional responsibilities in business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications.
  • Architect and develop end-to-end solutions using the Appian BPM platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Appian applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends.
  • Participate in daily scrums and project meetings.
  • Develop program logic for new applications, modify, and analyze existing application logic.
  • Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications.
  • Provide application software development services or technical support for defined projects.
  • Responsible for key system design and integration decisions around tools, processes, and practices enabling teams to apply DevOps practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Appian development.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Appian architecture and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, and other Appian components.
  • Experience with integration of Appian with other systems and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must have end-to-end architecture and development experience within Appian.
  • Familiarity with custom plugins.
  • Experience administering environments.
  • Java experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to perform business analysis tasks, including gathering requirements and creating user stories.

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
