Clearpoint is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to lead the strategic development of our data and AI initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of business goals with our AI innovation efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of data governance standards, architecture, and cybersecurity framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, own, and maintain data governance standards and architecture in sync with the enterprise data governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in guiding teams to leverage AI data for competitive advantage, drive data-driven decision-making, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The successful Data Architect will have 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale modern data platforms. They will also have knowledge of Data Governance Services, AI/ML, Gen-AI LLMs models, and experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects. Additionally, they will have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable requirements. We are offering a salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Develop data architectures that enable efficient gathering, storage, and retrieval of data across Enterprise systems.
  • Work closely with internal SMEs and business functions to ensure Data Governance requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale modern data platforms.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance Services, AI/ML, Gen-AI LLMs models.
  • Experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects.
