Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Taco John's of Iowa. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals, control costs, and maintain profitability.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
