Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Collaborate with our educational team to develop and manage daily and weekly schedules that meet the needs of our students.
  • Environment Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe, and nurturing environment that supports the well-being and development of our students.
  • Progress Monitoring: Assist in evaluating student progress and identifying areas for improvement to ensure they reach developmental milestones.
  • Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child's activities, progress, and any concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a childcare provider or in a related field.
  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Personal Qualities: Patient, kind, and nurturing with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
