Pet Grooming Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Pet Grooming Specialist to join our team at Pet Evolution. As a key member of our grooming team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pet grooming services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality pet grooming services, including bathing, clipping, and nail trimming.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their pet's needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on different grooming packages and benefits.
- Promote add-on services and retail products.
- Work efficiently to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year dog grooming experience and 3 years of cat grooming experience.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong achievement drive, empathy, integrity, pride, and good social skills.

- Competitive 50% commission split and/or $20 hourly rate, whichever is greater.
