We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pentex Restaurant Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and empowering our team to deliver exceptional customer service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the quick service restaurant industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
