Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and well-qualified HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team at Guardian Energy Management Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our commercial, industrial, and municipal clients throughout Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems, including RTUs, split-systems, and exhaust fans.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with refrigeration cycles and related components.
- Install, service, and repair walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers.
- Work with our electrical division to implement HVAC/R-related projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a journeyman HVAC/R technician.
- EPA 608 Certification or Mass. Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker license required.
- Mass. Journeyman Refrigeration Technician license required.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, including 4-panel drug screen.
