Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and provide therapy to pediatric clients in various settings. This role requires dynamic and proactive individuals with expertise in pediatric occupational therapy and sensory processing disorders.
- Familiarity with Ayres Sensory Integration Therapy
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Competent in maintaining accurate documentation

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Master's degree in occupational therapy
- Board Certified with NBCOT
- Licensed in the State of North Carolina
Your responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist will include:
- Schedule Coordination: Collaborate with the front desk to maximize therapist availability and enhance client access to services
- Patient Evaluation: Assess new patients and conduct timely reassessments of existing clients' Plans of Care to ensure effective treatment
- Therapy Delivery: Implement prescribed therapy plans for current clients, focusing on their individual needs and goals while ensuring timely documentation
- Team Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary team to improve overall client care and outcomes in diverse settings, including teletherapy and schools
- Client Transition: Successfully discharge clients upon treatment completion, ensuring a smooth transition and participation in marketing events to promote services
