Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare in Cambridge, MA. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, working closely with our team of medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign monitoring, reporting, and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring resident comfort and dignity
  • Collaborate with the broader nursing team to address resident concerns and provide compassionate support
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
