Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare Staffing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities in the Cambridge area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in gerontology and healthcare.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current CNA certification and active status on the MN CNA Registry.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing home or assisted living settings.
  • Ability to pass a background check and communicate effectively in English.
