Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Richland, WA.
Job OverviewThis is a direct hire position that offers competitive compensation and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in need of occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities to create individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' ability to perform daily activities.
- Work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain progress.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
