- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide budget guidance, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline budget development, execution, and tracking, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective budget planning and execution.
- Secret Clearance: Must possess a current Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Financial Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial resource management, including 2 years of budget cycle, POM, execution plan preparation, and program financial baseline analysis experience for DoD.
- Financial Software Proficiency: Proficient in financial processing software applications/systems such as DEAMS, CRIS, and ABSS or current equivalent enterprise-level applications/systems.
- USG Principles and Methodologies: Knowledge of USG principles, methodologies, and approaches used in Resource Management, Budgeting, and Acquisitions that support cyberspace requirements.
- MS Office Suite: Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint, to create documents and reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
