Job Title: Project Manager - Security Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our security integration projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of security integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their security needs, developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are aligned with project scope and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on security integration projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong understanding of security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance.
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, and other project management tools.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
  • 2 weeks of vacation and additional vacation time based on company policy.
