Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project team staff to define, prioritize, and execute the project
  • Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
  • Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
  • Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution, as well as document the project's scope, budget, and justification
  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
  • Organize meetings for execution and steering of the project
  • Provide regular execution reports, financial reports, and budget outlines to Executives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or higher; +Five years related experience
  • Being a Certified CMMC Professional is advantageous
  • Being a project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is advantageous
  • Be well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Expert in MS Excel and functional in MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with high level of integrity and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Participation in a CMMC closed project preferred
  • Knowledge of IT preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
