Position Overview
The Aetna IT Delivery division, part of CVS Health's Data, Digital, Analytics, Technology (DDAT) organization, is on the lookout for a Conversational AI Delivery Lead. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing the user experience for our Conversational AI platform, enabling our members to access information about their health insurance through their preferred channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and execution of user experience strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, nurturing a culture of innovation and ongoing learning.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders, to drive key projects and initiatives.
- Architect and design robust conversational AI solutions that ensure a seamless user experience across multiple platforms.
- Assess and select optimal technologies and tools to enhance chat solutions, focusing on advanced techniques such as AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native platforms.
- Research and propose innovative technical strategies while documenting architectural frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices through automation and performance optimization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in software development or enterprise architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience with AI development tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- A proven track record in designing and implementing conversational AI solutions in large-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and modern technologies, including machine learning and AI.
- Familiarity with API interfaces essential for supporting conversational dialogues.
- Experience with scaled agile methodologies (SAFe).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building multi-channel conversational bots, particularly with Watson Assistant.
- Knowledge of IBM SaaS services that support Watson Assistant functionalities.
- Proficiency in dialogue flow development tools such as Miro, LucidChart, or Visio.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
