Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team at The PARC at Joliet, a Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center. As a Dialysis Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis program.

Responsibilities
  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Conduct pre- and post-dialysis assessments to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress
Requirements
  • 1 year or more of current dialysis experience
  • Copy of current, valid driver's license
  • Geriatric patient experience
  • NXStage Dialysis Machine experience
  • CNN or CDN Certification (preferred)
  • Crown Web EMR experience (preferred)
