Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team at The PARC at Joliet, a Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center. As a Dialysis Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Administer dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Conduct regular assessments of patients' dialysis needs and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies

• 1 year or more of current dialysis experience
• Copy of current, valid driver's license
• Geriatric patient experience
• NXStage Dialysis Machine experience
• CNN or CDN Certification (preferred)
• Crown Web EMR experience (preferred)

3-day (M-W-F) On-Site Dialysis treatment options offered, Advanced Wound Care by a Certified Wound Doctor, Social engagement and spiritual support, Healthy balanced diet and nutritional food options.

Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric.

Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops.

Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color.
