Job Overview

This role focuses on origination and relationship management in the US market. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of senior-level experience in global markets sales or investment banking relationship management in the financial services industry.

The successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing and closing new distribution partnerships with RIAs, Wealth Managers, FinTechs, etc., further developing our vision and strategy for the US market, negotiating deal terms with potential partners, and analyzing market trends in the cash and savings asset class.

The chosen candidate will receive an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will proactively identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the US market.
  • You will develop and implement our US market strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • You will analyze market data to inform business decisions and contribute to the platform's strategic development.
  • You will prioritize lead processing and support, manage ongoing client relationships, and drive sales efforts.
  • You will take ownership of projects, overcome obstacles, and deliver results.
Your Profile
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in senior roles within global markets sales or investment banking relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of wealth management and/or banking sectors, including digital savings solutions.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with RIAs and Wealth Managers, along with a strong professional network.
  • You will possess exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel frequently.
  • A highly motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
