Job Summary

As a Counselor for Mental Health Support, you will be responsible for assisting residents in their recovery journey by providing training and therapeutic treatments. You will work closely with the residents to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

This is a full-time position requiring availability on various shifts, including Sunday-Thursday 3 pm-11 pm, Saturday and Sunday 7 am-3 pm, and Monday-Wednesday 1 pm-9 pm. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist residents in providing self-care training and therapeutic treatments to support their recovery journey.
  2. Work closely with residents to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  3. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in counseling or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.
Benefits
