As a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical oversight, leading daily clinical functions, and ensuring accurate medical documentation. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.


Key Responsibilities

1. Provide clinical oversight and lead daily clinical functions in an ambulatory setting.

2. Ensure accurate medical documentation and records of patient encounters.

3. Collaborate with the Director of Operations and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

4. Perform selected duties, including intake evaluation, vital signs, and assisting with minor office procedures.

5. Assist providers with clerical aspects of patient care, including scheduling tests and treatment.

6. Prepare, stock, and clean exam rooms, maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.

7. Communicate test results to patients and providers.

8. Enhance professional growth and development through meetings and continued education.

9. Maintain knowledge of each provider's protocols.

10. Ensure accuracy and completion of patient electronic orders.

11. Wear identification while on duty.

12. Use sterile technique when appropriate for in-office procedures.

13. Correctly draw up medications.

14. Prepare exam rooms before patients are seen.

15. Prioritize work efficiently, taking care of patients in the office before other duties.

16. Greet patients and prepare them for examination.

17. Maintain/review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

18. Serve as a patient advocate, providing information to enable informed consent.

19. Display ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care procedures.

20. Be able to plan and complete delegated tasks.

21. Confident in checking schedules and organizing patient flow.

22. Accompany patients to exam/procedure room; assist patient as needed with walking, dressing, removal of sutures, and collecting specimens.

23. Comply with HIPAA and OSHA requirements.

24. Fulfill clerical responsibilities as assigned, including sending and receiving patient medical records, obtaining lab/x-ray reports, hospital notes, referral information, etc.

25. Other duties as assigned

Salary

RN: $60,000 - $90,251

LPN: $45,000 - $62,000


Requirements:

Current Idaho RN/LPN license Strong clinical, ethical, and moral character references, Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communications in American English, Shift schedule: Wed afternoon, Thursdays, Fridays, and rotating weekends.
