Position Overview

Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance & Housing Allowance Available

Compensation: Salary is determined based on the candidate's experience level.

Minimum: $35.62 for new graduates with no prior experience.

Mid-Level: $45.58 for those with 10 years of experience.

Maximum: $59.98 for professionals with over 28 years of experience.

If your experience falls between these ranges, please reach out for a more precise salary estimate.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8-hour shifts from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

On-Call Requirements: $4.00/hour while on call, with a minimum of 8 shifts per month, including 1-2 weekends.

Call Back Compensation: Minimum of 2 hours of pay when called in, at time and a half.

Caseload: Manage over 30 scheduled cases weekly.

Types of Procedures Handled: TCAR, AAA, Peripheral vascular interventions, Pacemaker insertions, Defibrillator placements, Right and Left Heart Catheterizations, STEMI, and Stroke management.

Shift Differentials: (based on the majority of hours worked)

  • Evening Shift (3 PM – 11:30 PM) = 8% additional pay
  • Night Shift (11 PM – 7:30 AM) = 11% additional pay
  • No differential for weekend shifts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in nursing
  • Registered and licensed to practice in the relevant state
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • NIH Stroke certification
  • Prior experience in ICU, Emergency Department, or Cath Lab

Interview Process:

  • Initial review and screening by the Talent Acquisition Partner.
