Job Title: Church Music Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Church Music Coordinator to join our team at LADGOV CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing musical direction and support for worship services, rehearsals, and special programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and direction for instrumental and accompaniment music to support worship services and rehearsals.
- Coordinate with the Traditional Service Musician and Chaplain to determine musical selections for Sunday worship and special programs.
- Ensure compliance with music copyright information, including reporting usage to Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) or the current chapel licensing organization, as applicable.

Requirements:
- Two years' experience as a musician, vocalist, and either pianist/organist or acoustic guitarist, performing worship and music services for a Protestant church/chapel.
- Active membership/attendance at a Protestant church/chapel with a letter of endorsement from their current pastor/chaplain.
- Advanced familiarity with various musical genres and ability to read sheet music and/or possess basic improvisational skills.
- Positive, self-directed, motivated character with excellent interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
