About the Role:As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting the well-being and dignity of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with life skills and other life-enriching activities, promoting their independence and engagement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each resident are met.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest level of care and services are provided to our residents.
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
