Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with life skills and other life-enriching activities, promoting their independence and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care team.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each resident are met.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest level of care and services are provided to our residents.
Requirements:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
