Job Title: Automation Systems Engineer

At M.C. Dean, Inc., we're seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Automation Systems Business Unit, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation systems for industrial control, power management, and building automation applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on automation systems and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation systems engineering, with a focus on industrial control, power management, and building automation.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and C++.
  • Experience with automation platforms, including Siemens, Rockwell Automation, and Schneider Electric.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications in automation systems engineering, such as CAP or CSSA.
  • Experience with SCADA systems, including AVEVA, Rockwell Automation, and Ignition.
