You will be responsible for arranging appointments with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. Additionally, you will coordinate with drivers regarding their schedules and work assignments while managing a diverse and fast-paced workload across multiple departments. Your role will also involve applying lean methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in all aspects of your responsibilities.

Role Specifics:
Schedule: Full-time - Monday to Friday

Work Environment:
Some exposure to a garage or shop environment is expected. You will utilize data analysis and interpretation in your daily tasks.

We Need You To Have:
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make independent decisions
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

- Experience in logistics or transportation
- Background in customer service
