Mental Health Program Assistant

This is a full-time position located in Hampton Bays, NY, requiring Tuesday through Friday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 8am-4pm shifts. Managers are required to be on call as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Work under the supervision of the Residential Manager to maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Assist in coordinating services for residents, including linkages to day treatment, therapy, medical, psychiatric, financial, etc.
- Prepare for OMH/OMIG/Internal Management Audits and conduct regular self-audits of records.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff, residents, and external partners.
- High School diploma with at least 5 years' experience working with the mental health population or an Associates Degree with 2 years of Human services experience.
- Valid NYS Driver's License.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
