Job Title: Clinical Trainer

As a Clinical Trainer at Mental Health Partners, you will play a vital role in enhancing the career and professional development of behavioral health workforce members. You will provide training to our staff on behavioral health modalities, offer clinical consultation, and teach generalized strategies for our clients' behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs on behavioral health modalities, clinical consultation, and generalized strategies for clients' behavioral health needs.
  • Provide training to our staff on evidence-based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing, ACT, DBT, and CBT.
  • Collaborate with our team to create content and facilitate various courses centering behavioral health best practice and health equity.
  • Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually to a wide audience.
  • Tap into your passions and experience as a clinician to provide a whole person experience, adapting to a diversity of audiences.
Requirements:
  • Masters' degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work or similar.
  • Five (5) years of experience in mental or behavioral health care practicing direct client care.
  • Experience with healthcare environments and their complexities.
  • Two (2+) years of experience writing, delivering, or developing curriculum.
  • Certification in evidence-based practice curriculums.
