Executive Chef

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food products and menu items according to company recipe specifications
- Stock and set up kitchen stations to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Work with front-of-house staff to ensure that orders are completed according to food and service standards
- Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing duties, as well as side work
- Ensure sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations, and laws are strictly followed
Requirements
- Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC)
- Two years of previous cooking experience in a professional and fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
