Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As an Analog IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and development of analog integrated circuits used in next-generation mobile devices in SOI and CMOS technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop analog integrated circuits for mobile devices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog and digital circuits
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive simulation skills in Cadence, including PEX, Monte Carlo, and Corner analysis
  • Design and develop standard analog cells, including bandgaps, opamps, detectors, regulators, and precision current sources
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of commercial CMOS or SOI wafer fab technologies, 180nm or below
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) with 8 years of experience in analog IC design
  • Comprehensive simulation skills in Cadence, including PEX, Monte Carlo, and Corner analysis
  • Detailed knowledge of standard analog cell design, including bandgaps, opamps, detectors, regulators, and precision current sources
  • Mixed signal and digital integration experience
  • Exposure to best analog layout practices in Cadence Virtuoso
Preferred Qualifications
  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with RF circuits, including amplifiers and switches
  • Experience with bipolar device and applications
  • Experience with SOI and CMOS process and technology
