Position Overview:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects, including scheduling, workforce allocation, tools, materials, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Manage project budgets and prepare financial reports.
  • Coordinate billing processes, change orders, and related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Oversee material procurement and delivery logistics.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in general contracting or commercial metal framing and drywall construction in a project management role.
  • Familiarity with OST and QuickBid software.
  • Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications effectively.
  • Understanding of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating processes.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to multitask.
