Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse who is passionate about delivering care in an empathetic and compassionate way. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Float to various clinics during and after training
  • Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, every other Saturday, and holidays
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg a plus
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) a plus
